The following terms and conditions apply to all the services we provide via this website which together with our privacy policy govern the Coryhill Beef, (N W & E J Bibby-Jones) relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website!

The term Coryhill Beef, Coryhill Pedigree Red Devon Cattle or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Ford Farm, Coryton, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 4PG. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. 

Prices And Availability

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.  Due to the nature of our product boxes are sold subject to availability. 

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us we will send you an acknowledgement showing our availability and expected delivery dates.  We will always confirm if boxes available are fresh or frozen.

Payment

On receipt of your online order we will send you a request for payment.  You can pay by Paypal, cheque or BACS.

We will only take payment from your account upon final confirmation of your order and once we have confirmed your delivery date.  Note. If you pay by cheque payment will need to have been cleared before we can dispatch your order.

Delivery

You will receive an order and delivery date confirmation via email.

Your beef box will be dispatched with APC on a Standard Next Day Service and will arrive with you between 8am and 4pm on the confirmed date.  APC know they are delivering perishable goods and do not require a signature.  If you have any special delivery instructions please let us know on the order form.  If the courier needs to leave the goods outside, ensure the box can be left in the cool, out of direct sunlight and preferably undercover. 

Our prices are inclusive of delivery for Mainland England, Wales and the majority of Scotland.  The Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles carry an additional delivery charge, the details of which are available upon request. 

We currently do not delivery outside the UK.

Please notify us asap if you have not received your delivery.  We are able to track your order.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by phone or e-mail.  Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.  As a online retailer we are governed by UK Distance Selling Regulations, however, as we are selling perishable goods regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods does not apply to us.

We reserve the right to terminate an order with you if, i)  we do not receive payment or cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, ii) where goods ordered by you are not available.

Satisfaction

We hope you will be very happy with your box.  If you are disappointed please contact us by phone or e-mail.  If your delivery has been damaged during transit please inform us immediately.  We can only accept claims for damages if we are notified the same day as you receive your box.  Where necessary we will arrange for collection and we will either replace the goods or give you a full refund.

We will make every effort to resolve any issues as soon as we can.

VAT

We do not charge VAT - our beef boxes are zero rated.
